How It Works: From Idea to Finished Product
1. Submit Your Design or Idea
Have a 3D file? Email us your STL, OBJ, or STEP file with any notes about size, material preferences, and finishing.
Don't have a file? No problem! Describe your project, send sketches or photos, or bring a sample to our shop. We can help with design or 3D scanning.
2. Get a Quote (Usually Within 24 Hours)
We'll review your project and provide:
- Recommended material(s) and why
- Estimated print time and turnaround
- Itemized pricing
- Finishing options
3. Approve & We Print
Once you approve the quote, we add your project to our queue. You'll receive updates on progress and estimated completion.
4. Pickup or Delivery
Pickup: Visit us at 2701 Murray Ave in Squirrel Hill during business hours. We'll walk you through the finished piece and answer any questions.
Shipping: We ship via USPS anywhere in the US. Local Pittsburgh delivery available for larger orders.
